Do I have to recruit others to earn?

Not at all. You can earn purely from retail sales. Recruitment is optional, but building a team can unlock additional income opportunities. Team earnings are optional and they require a team leader and team targets have to be maintained by each individual team member

How do I track my sales and earnings?

Your distributor dashboard provides real-time reports on personal sales, team performance, and commissions.

Can I sell Credo products on other platforms like Amazon or eBay?

No. To maintain product quality and brand integrity, all sales must occur through the official Credo eCommerce shop or your personalized distributor link.

How does the Credo Compensation Plan work?

Distributors earn through: Retail Sales: Profit margin on products sold to customers. Team Commissions: Earnings based on the performance of your team. Bonuses & Incentives: Special rewards for reaching milestones. (Full details are available in our Compensation Plan guide in your dashboard.)

Is there a membership fee?

Yes, a one-time registration fee applies when you join. This fee covers your starter kit, access to training, and your personalized online shop. Renewal fees may apply annually to maintain active status. Incase of upgrade, member will be required to make upgrade fees only after they meet the plan's product selling criteria.

How do I become a Credo Distributor?

Joining is easy! Simply sign up through our website, select your starter kit, and activate your account. Once approved, you’ll gain access to your distributor dashboard, training resources, and marketing tools.

What's your online return policy?

Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You may initiate your return online here. You will need your order number and the ship to zip code. You can also bring your product to any Credo store to return it. To return an online purchase in store please bring your order number & the items that you are returning so our team can take care of you properly. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed. Unused or gently used products are eligible for a full refund or credit. Substantially used products are not eligible for a refund or credit. Product condition will be determined in Credo’s sole discretion. Neither items marked as final sale nor Credo reward redemptions (items received as rewards), gift cards or gift with purchases can be returned for store credit, refunded or exchanged. Shipping fees cannot be refunded or credited. Return costs back to our warehouse in Indiana are $5 and will be deducted from the amount of your refund or credit. You will be provided a pre-paid label or USPS QR Code to drop off with your local mail person or Post Office. NO EDITS OR CANCELLATIONS can be made to returns once placed. Returns from different orders cannot be combined. Should you have any issues with your return please email us at. Returns are processed daily. Once received you will be issued your refund or credit via email confirmation. You will generally receive your refund within 48 hours of the return package being marked as delivered. Returns can take up to 7 business days during peak season and depending on your bank. All returns are processed back to the original method of payment unless store credit is chosen. If the payment for an order was split between an E-gift Card and another method of payment, the return will automatically go back first to the E-gift card with any remainder to the second form of payment. If your order was shipped to an APO (Army Post Office), please note that you are responsible for the return label and any associated costs. Credo Beauty is unable to provide prepaid return labels for APO addresses at this time. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is processed smoothly. If you have any questions or need assistance with your return, feel free to contact our customer service team.

What's your in store return policy?

Purchases made in-store can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Purchases made online, can be returned in-store within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees cannot be refunded or credited. Unused or gently used products are eligible for a full refund or store credit. Substantially used products are not eligible for a refund or store credit. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine the condition of any returned product. Neither items marked as final sale nor Credo reward redemptions (items received as rewards), gift cards or gift with purchases can be returned for store credit, refunded or exchanged. In the event that you would like to return a gift, unused or gently used products are eligible for an exchange or credit, with a gift receipt. To initiate a return that was purchased in store, please contact the store directly to help you with the return process. Points earned for a purchase that is returned will be deducted from the customer’s rewards account in an amount equal to the points earned for the purchase.

What is Credo MLM?

Credo MLM is a hybrid platform that combines online shopping with the power of network marketing. Customers can purchase high-quality wellness, beauty, and lifestyle products directly through our eCommerce store for the purpose of reselling on the same site. For those interested in entrepreneurship, we also provide an opportunity to earn income by sharing Credo products and building a sales network. How long does delivery take?

Local orders: 3–5 business days. International orders: 7–14 business days, depending on location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

How to making a withdrawal?

You can make a withdrawal from the Withdraw page. Where possible we are required to send funds back to the payment method that was used to deposit the original funds.
