I can’t write enough good things about this company. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever seen or experienced from ANY company. You can chat with a pro online that’ll help you choose your shade and pick the best product for you, and even lets you connect with them via video to match your skin more accurately! They’re all so friendly and patient and have been on point with their recommendations. You can trust that whatever brands and products they carry aren’t toxic, and their packaging is completely recyclable (I reuse their packing material for my own purposes!). Their return policy just makes me smile — they’ll refund you and tell you to keep the product and share it with a friend in order to reduce their footprint! I love this effort to be as sustainable as possible. And they update their products often and don’t delete any negative comments. I’ve never been unsatisfied in the 3 years that I have been a customer. I swear by this company. 1000000% recommend.
I go to Credo on a regular basis (in NY and have been to two). They are pretty good - knowledgable staff and good selection, and they give you great samples. I have only had good experiences with them. They also have the occasional sale (friends & family etc). I have only used online to pick up in store, so cannot speak to their online shipping function.
I hesitated in buying this because of the cost, but am glad I did. The texture is so light while remaining very hydrating and I love the scent. Will purchase again.
Super!!! My new GO TO online store! My first purchase wirh Credo. I ordered 2 tubes of AKT deodorant and it is my one and only deodarant going forward! Same price as when I order directly feom AKT. Very fresh, US based, very secure and fast shipping! Cant wait to do business with them again soon!!
Staff always has lots of knowledge of different products. Love that everything is truly non toxic. Nice clean and easy to store. Keep it up
